[Dxspider-support] Cluster nodes

Dear fellow sysops. Now, when you are setting up Spider nodes,
configure nodes with REGISTRATION requirement. At the moment there is
notable increase of call abuse and also fake calls with nasty
announcements. To avoid this kind of abuse, require registration from
your users.
This moment DB0SUE and F5LEN let those "fakes" use cluster network.
So, small effort, when setting up node.
