[Dxspider-support] Link with AR-cluster software

Hi

I'm trying to make a link with a AR cluster

Port 9000 on ARC is for PCx connection style
Went I make a connection it will not completely finished and ends with 
Unknown software

The sysop / link partner tolds the no setup is needed on his this side
I have setup him in Spider a ARC node
