It happens with all software with a "keep alive" system.  f.e.  
ve7cc-user,logger32 etc.
Others like rxclus are freezing for minutes,no spots any more until you 
disconnect and reconnect yourself.
Nodes mostley are not disconnecting here,only users.
And has nothing to do with  operating system.
It looks as a general internet network problem.
