[Dxspider-support] i have big problem

If you're not using the call assigned to the node, then there's been a
change associated with the call you're using that changes the format of the
spots/data you see.

I'll try to find that command somewhere (or someone can chime in, if they
know it)... but what format were you expecting to see the spots in?
