[Dxspider-support] Does updating DXSpider over-write pre-existing CTY files?

Has anyone tried using the "big" cty.dat with DX Spider?

This might help with those expired callsigns.  The callsign data goes
back to 2000, though my original intent was to only be current for the
last 10 years, to try to keep the size of the file manageable.
