Do a 'set/debug chanerr' and then run a /spider/perl/watchdbg. That should tell you why the node is rejecting the incoming PC11/PC61 spot traffic.

I tried clearing my log files and rebooting.  Checked my fire wall, checked my DNS settings, I am connected to 8 Nodes but still no new spots.
