[Dxspider-support] Windows telnet help

FWIW... I've got a laptop that I bought used in 2004... I think it had
Windows XP on it... but I've since loaded Windows 7... and now Windows 10
on it... and it runs better with either than with Windows XP.

I've never been able to figure out why folks hang on to XP... unless
they've got a free copy of it and don't want to buy a more recent license
of the OS.
