[Dxspider-support] first install

Hello,
I am trying to run first dxspider client of TA region.
Before asking to anyone added as  a cluster member,
I wanted to try connection as a user to get updates (not sure if it works
or not anyway)

My config as follows

timeout 15
    # this is a comment
    connect telnet r7ab.73.ru 23
    'call' 'TA2NC'
    client r7ab telnet

from console i type connect r7ab and
connect r7ab
connection to R7AB started

returns.
On serverside,
