I have made a small start on deduping with a small program to evaluate
what the problems are. They don't seem hard or particularly onerous.
When I get a moment I will stick the CT1BOH stuff in (described here:
http://lists.contesting.com/archives/html/CQ-Contest/2013-07/msg00138.html)
You may be interested to try it yourself. It even has some instructions!
Just remember that is producing machine readable output (why can't the
RBN do this already?)
