[Dxspider-support] Autostart

This is where I'm at so far ::

The startup script is in /etc/init

Set the permissions in /etc/init.d/dxspider

Did this next::

sudo update-rc.d dxspider defaults

At that point I rebooted, dxspider started up without needing to do
this::

remove tty6 from /init

My Pi3 is using a November 2016 version of Raspian. It was pointed out
that SSH was no longer enabled at boot, but was easily enabled in
Raspian Preferences.
