[Dxspider-support] Error issue

Evidently you're missing some perl modules
that have to be installed manually from CLI
or by other means.


Try the following...

1. If not installed, then install  "cpan":

http://www.sudobash.net/bash-how-to-install-perl-modules-through-cpan-on-ubuntu-2/

Then install  Date::Parse module,
possibly some other too...
