[Dxspider-support] Partner Link Request

Hi Antonio,

I have set up a connect script and it does seam to want to connect so I 
did a telnet connect from my windows machine and I get an error

C:\Users\Danny>telnet ea4fit.ddns.net 8000
Connecting To ea4fit.ddns.net...Could not open connection to the host, 
on port 8000: Connect failed

please could you check for me.

also try connecting to my spider vk7hdm-2
