[Dxspider-support] Updated protocol spec ???

PC92 is a DXSpider standard and a simple decode of its elements won't be 
sufficient to implement something.

Did you have something in mind? If so you would be better off looking at 
the cluster-tech mailing list archives and/or going offline to me and/or 
Lee VE7CC.
