[Dxspider-support] double dx-spots at 23cm / 1296GHz and higher

I notice exactly the same here. It presume there is some node(s) slightly
changing the frequency and since then there are two separate spots flowing
over the network. No idea of why this happens but it is certainly annoying
for the end users that can't know what is the originally spotted QRG.

It is not a problem from the dupefile. The double entries do have other
frequencies and so the are other/new spots for the cluster.

- only a few spots are double
- only at 23cm and higher ( best to look to 3cm – so the effect is easily to
  find - sh/dx/50 3cm )
- whatever a cluster the spotter connected there is the same problem. So
it’s
not a problem of one cluster.
- the frequency from the spot and the double are always slightly different
 (1 .. 50kc) – not the same
- the timestamp is the same

Any idea?? – I don’t have!!!!!
