[Dxspider-support] Node Updates

Just wanted to let everyone know that I have two nodes up and running in
Google Cloud.  One is hosted in East Coast USA and the other is hosted from
the London instance.

If you want to be a partner node to either (they are connected to each
other) then let me know.
