[Dxspider-support] DXCC country name and flags

The data generally comes from the AD1C list.  I have it automated for
updating on WA9PIE-2.  Some folks don't updated it at all... ever... so the
data gets stale and connected users will say that "the country shown is
wrong"... when it's just not being updated.

For this spot, I think the only way to determine the correct country is by
parsing off the suffix from the end of "Andalusia-EA".
