[Dxspider-support] F8DGY abusing DXcluster ?

thanks for your reply. I thought more about a global-wide action, so all DX cluster OPs not reading here and thus not being aware of this incident will also benefit of it.

          callsign right after I called CQ, just a few seconds later.

        I looked into the QRZ.com page of F8DGY and as it seems
          someone is abusing his callsign. Is there anything known on
          this and is it wise and does it make sense to block him
