[Dxspider-support] Entity Code List

It's in your /spider/data/wpxloc.raw file. It ISN'T anything to do with 
ARRL DXCC. It is the internal entity number used to uniquely identify a 
"country" - a concept that is a bit more elastic than real countries.

help sh/dxcc has a bit more info.
