[Dxspider-support] Partner link request

Hello!
My radio club is experimenting with setting up our own cluster.  We don't have a DNS entry for it just yet.  Is it disallowed to request a partner link so that it can be fed?   The server is here:
204.16.243.187 port 7300

Please advise if I'm asking for something that is against the rules.  Thank you in advance!
