[Dxspider-support] Help request - unable to save user settings

And... after 4 weeks, the problem came right back. This is bizarre.

Now I'm offering a bit of cash (TBD) to anyone who can sort this out. I've
got well over 1,000 people connecting to this at peaks now that folks are
home-bound.
