[Dxspider-support] Crontab spawn_cmd

Hi

I would like to promote receiving RBN spots on DXSpider locally ONLY, which I 
already do over motd banner, but crontab is not happy with me without errors. Do 
I need new glasses?

19 * * * * spawn_cmd('ann Access to spots from the RBN is now available. Type HELP RBN and HELP SET/SKIMMER commands for more instructions. ' . cldate . ' ' . ztime)
