Got it with SH/ANN to S50CLX only? Announcement does not reach the users.

08Aug2020 at 19:21:00 S50CLX -> * [to S50CLX only] Access to spots from the RBN is 
now available. Type HELP RBN and HELP SET/SKIMMER for more instructions!
