[Dxspider-support] export user_asc and more

Hi!

Sometimes in July I noticed that dxspider does not export user data into 
user_asc anymore. Last successful export is dated July 15. It appears 
the .../cmd/crontab line " 1 0 * * 3 
DXUser::export("$main::data/user_asc") " is not being executed? Tried a 
git pull which updated cty.dat etc, no fix to the export feature.

Also I noticed other odd things.

After  a dxspider shutdown or a OS reboot the dxspider update timer did 
usually reset and start with zero. It does not do that anymore and 
returns with the old uptime count and keeps counting.

After the git pull update, the dxspider version number did not change 
and it still shows the old version number
(build 215 git: master/094499a2[r]) while it should be build 216.

Is there any way how to fix the issue without reinstalling the whole 
software?
