[Dxspider-support] DxSpider will not run

Starting it up automatically as a service or trying to start it from cluster.pl gives the same result.

If I type 'git describe --long' into a shell (in the /spider directory) I get

error: Could not read b1f9b4650ed8fdeb1e03834f076f3040ce65776a
fatal: No tags can describe 'cb319a377cdf61f610b57bb1336eba1b5873db2b'.
Try --always, or create some tags.

And it's been working and updating from git up until now?

What happens if you type 'git describe --long' into a shell (in the /spider directory)?

How are you starting it up? Are you in the /spider directory when you start it up?
