Try

pd9q at dutch1:~/script$ ps aux | grep cluster.pl 
sysop     8213  0.8  2.8 206476 116120 ?       Ss   Dec05
200:44 /usr/bin/perl -w /spider/perl/cluster.p

pd9q at dutch1:~$ sudo kill -9 8213

Fist find the pid and than kill it.
