[Dxspider-support] Init sequence with an isolated node

Hello the list,

after updating my node to the mojo branch, it seems that the 
initialization sequence with a parner node marked as isolated node, is 
not working properly, in particular it seems that the PC92 or the PC19 
frame is not transmitted transmitted by the node where the partner is 
marked as isolated. Furthermore, doing the "Who" command, the Ave RTT 
value for the isolated node remains to 999.00 .

With the "normal" 1.55 ver. build 0.204, the init sequence with an 
isolated partner seems working well.

Please, could someone running the spider 1.57 ver. build 148 verify this 
issue and let know ?
