[Dxspider-support] Init sequence with an isolated node

Hi all,
I'm very sorry to create noise and boring the list, BTW I'm convinced 
that something is wrong into
the Mojo branch code related to the isolated nodes.

Here is my scenario:

IK5ZUK-6 (my spider), running 1.57 build 148 has IK2WAD-6 defined as 
Spider style node and marked as isolate;
IK2WAD-6 running 1.55 build 0.203 has IK5ZUK-6 defined as Spider stle 
node (and *NOT MARKED* as isolate).

When the IK2WAD-6 starts the connection, it remains into the init state 
and subsequently the Ave RTT is 999.00.

As you can see, it seems that the PC19 frame is not transmitted 
transmitted by my node (i.e. the node where the partner is
marked as isolated) and the "chanel funct status" remains to init and 
never goes to normal state.

Dirk please, could you take a look inside the code? If you need, I can 
give you full SSH access to my RASPI, just let me know.
