It looks like the FCC gone and changed the directory that the weekly
Amateur callsign database is stored and left the old one in place. For
the last few months I have been fetching an old version of the master
file so updates were never made. I figured it might just be a covid
delay until I looked into it closer.

I have fixed the script to fetch the data from the new directory and
usdbraw is once again up to date. You can retrieve it from

ftp://ftp.w1nr.net/usdbraw.gz to /spider/data/ and then
/spider/perl/create_usdb.pl /spider/data/usdbraw.gz
Do a 'load/usdb' on the console and you will be up to date.
