[Dxspider-support] Incoming spots are not sended to the users

Hello,

after I installed DXSpider I had the problem, that no incoming spots 
were sent to the users. After some "googling" I found out, that the time 
of the server has to be UTC. I changed it but the spots still are not 
sent to the users.
