[Dxspider-support] Incoming spots are not sended to the users

here the informations:

sh/ver: DX Spider Cluster version 1.55 (build 216 git: 
master/94bbcdee[r]) on Linux
who:

the two scripts (/spider/scripts/startup and 
/spider/scripts/user_default) don't exist

the OS is Ubuntu 18.04 LTS 64bit
