[Dxspider-support] F8DGY spammer ist back as F8SDR

Hi,

I had a quick look into the dxheat database.

F8DGY has submitted 10739 skimmer spots. The spots were submitted through
the following dxcluster nodes:
- K4UGA
- K1TTT
- YV6BTF-7
- W3LPL-1
- WW1R-9
- SV5FRI-1

The IPs used for submitting the spots were:
83.114.21.17
92.170.169.241

F8SDR has submitted 149 skimmer spots. The spots were submitted through the
following dxcluster node:
- K1TTT
No IP address was recorded

F8SWL has submitted 44 skimmer spots. The spots were submitted through the
following dxcluster node:
- K1TTT
No IP address was recorded
