Or introduce a shared and near-real-time updated spam list…

Another potential solution is to contact major website owners (QRZ, HAMQTH, EQSL, LOTW, CLUBLOG, HRDLOG) and ask them to block the user access to their services until he stops disturbing normal activities in the ham radio community.

Until we don’t have anything to hit his personal interests we’re without weapons…

A potentially reaction that will remove his name from the ham radio world… if he’s a true ham radio operator it will be scared from that

IMHO,
the ONLY way to solve this issue is to enable the user's registration and password to ALL the nodes around the network.

which shows us that this strange guy is using various WAN connections to pollute the DX cluster network:

83.114.21.17 = lfbn-idf3-1-427-17.w83-114.abo.wanadoo.fr = ASN 3215 Orange = Cable/DSL = Melun/France

92.170.169.241 = lfbn-idf3-1-1231-241.w92-170.abo.wanadoo.fr = ASN 3215 Orange = Cable/DSL = Melun/France

51.68.11.211 = gwc.cluster010.hosting.ovh.net = ASN 16276 which belongs to ISP OVH SAS, obviously a virtual or root server hosted there

89.94.146.92 = static-89-94-146-92.axione.abo.bbox.fr = ASN 5410 (Bouygues Telecom SA) = Cable/DSL = 87400 Saint-Leonard-de-Noblat, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France

I don't understand this guy, he is obviously disturbing the ham radio community. He must have real problems in life. He knows he's disturbing but continues his game. -facepalm-
