[Dxspider-support] VP8PJ country classification problem with DXSPIDER.

i've a problem on my dxspider node, the country classification of VP8PJ
is not ok, spot exemple :

=> spotdxcc = 212

Problem is that the 212 is : South-Orkney-Islands
