[Dxspider-support] Mojo build 211

Please would everyone who is on build 211 of the mojo branch, please 
upgrade and restart the node. My apologies for any inconvenience.

There appears to be some unintended side effects on some nodes using 
this build (well, one known node).

I have reversed out the bad changes and am starting again, rather more 
cautiously this time :-)
