[Dxspider-support] cmd_import failure

Hi Dirk,

Sorry for my mistake, I don't remember reading that it should be used only
in callsign of the sysop. In previous versions I had been using it as I
mentioned.
Once the modifications have been made in my script, I see that it works
correctly.

I have also observed that you have modified the format of the traces of the
"debug" file, some scripts had stopped working, but it is already solved.
