[Dxspider-support] Cluster failure

Thank you for the reports. It appears that I had this error some six 
years ago, and although I was aware that I used JSON before for this 
task, I had forgotten the resaon. And clearly I was feeling a bit lazy 
when I did the conversion from (the now deprecated) 
Mojo::IOLoop::ForkCall to ::Subprocess. The new module DXSubprocess.pm I 
added with this update is the result.

I expect that if this now stable, I shall be issuing another "all mojo 
nodes" bulletin soon.
