[Dxspider-support] cluster will no longer start

Try 'ps -ef'. Look for perl or cluster.pl to see if an instance is
running. It will look something like this:
sysop 1708 1 2 Oct14 ? 13:47:11 /bin/perl -w /spider/perl/cluster.pl
