[Dxspider-support] maxconnect_user

Not especially. But it is there to discourage the erm... more
enthusiastic DXers from connecting to every node on the planet just to
get the drop on be first in line for all that juicy DX. I find it rather
distressing that users feel the need to connect to so many nodes at
once, it just increases traffic for the nodes and, essentially, negates
the point of having a "cluster" in the first place.

Every node has "several user connections being rejected". These users
will not be going without service if they are already connected to three
other nodes!
