[Dxspider-support] sh/dx issue with my call

What terminal are you using when connecting the cluster?
What if you use a different terminal, eg. Windows cmd.exe, RXCLUS, a
telnet window in a logging software or Putty.exe (which you can use
many different terminal configurations)? Are they all the same?
