[Dxspider-support] possible bug in MySQL routines ?

The sql database connections are not "supported", but I'm guessing that 
it's barfing over utf8 characters in comments. The trouble is that if 
one sets it up to accept utf8, then it will start bitching about 
comments (from windows machines) sending out comments with characters > 
0x7f in in some random codepage or other. SQLite3 is not so fussy.
