[Dxspider-support] Build number

Ian,

This is what I get on a Windows setup that I used GIT to update when
issuing the sh/version command.

sh/version
DX Spider Cluster version  (build  git: /) on MSWin32
Copyright (c) 1998-2021 Dirk Koopman G1TLH
