[Dxspider-support] MOJO update for registration

It *should* be working for this case. But, I have moved the offending 
check so that applies to all connections include nodes.

I don't do this sort of thing, neither do any of my test nodes, so I was 
not aware that it was a problem. Having tested it on my nodes anyway, it 
doesn't seem to be a problem here. But I have changed it anyway.
