Yes Steve, it was.  I'll have to see if I can duplicate this.  The
random entity is supposed to be seeded from the version number (3129
vs. 3130).  It's possible that the random number generated from the
seed is the same.  I may have to look into a way to prevent this.
Something to do over the holidays.

One way to tell if the file is different is to look under the callsign
list for Canada and find a callsign that looks like:

    =VER20211210

The numerical format is YYYYMMDD

It should have that date, not a date from late November.
