[Dxspider-support] RBN: ERROR in debug

That's because they are.

The callsigns are actually being presented as '<SV1/SV5FRI>' (without 
the ' signs). In other words with a spurious '<' and '>' added around 
the callsign.

But there are some other issues that need addressing. I wish people 
would not invent evermore creative "special" callsigns. And there is:

IQ0XXX/IQ1/A

Now, I have always been under the impression that this sort of thing 
should look like:

IQ1/IQ0XXX/A

But maybe now it's interchangeable?
