[Dxspider-support] Announces - again please help.

The crontab entries below should I believe go to local users once per hour..... but they don't. They are different so that they are not duplicates.

sh/ann gives the output below. The first one went out to local users but the second one didn't and seems to have a * where the first one has LOCAL
