[Dxspider-support] Patner node link

As you have already have 6+ node links, why do you want more? The usual 
recommendation is 3 or max 4 unless one is trying to do something 
special. Having more will increase the bandwidth that you use and also 
the bandwidth of each of your partners' network bandwidths  to no usual 
purpose as well - unless you are their sole node partners.
