[Dxspider-support] DB Stopped updating

The reason is here:

1611095151^(*) DBI connect('dxcluster:localhost:12345','dxc',...) failed: Can't connect to local MySQL server 

Try connecting manually in a terminal window using the connection credentials.  And look at /var/log/mysqld and see what the error log shows.  If you have Webmin installed you can adjust permissions easily in a GUI interface.
