[Dxspider-support] CTY-3105 Country Files - 03 March 2021

This looks like an issue with the mojo branch. I am still running on the
main branch (1.55) and it is working correctly. Does anything change if
you do a load/prefix command on the console manually? Are all the file
permissions correct in /spider/data?
