[Dxspider-support] CTY-3105 Country Files - 03 March 2021

That's a function. It "feels" like an error parsing the prefixes with
the mojo branch and not something related to the files. Search
prefix_data.pl for VERSION and what country number does it have?

It should look like '=VERSION' => '106', which is EI for the latest
(106) cty file.
