[Dxspider-support] CTY-3111 Country Files - 04 May 2021

Jarmo,

If you look at the database and search kf7qmx, it shows up as Hawaii.
However, despite this when issuing the search on Spider, it is still
showing as Lakeview Oregon even after the errorless update of the database.
At least on my end.

KF7QMX  -> Lakeview, OR
